Kids Yoga 10:15-11:00am
With playdates, sports, over-scheduling, and even homework—the stress of
being a kid adds up. And just like parents, kids today are turning to
yoga to relax. Yoga for Kids helps 4- to 8-year-olds learn body
awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination in a way that
helps little gals and guys carry these skills beyond their mats and into
their daily routines. The happy side effect is improved concentration
for learning, less anxiety, more energy, and all-around better
self-confidence to help kids grow up great! Moms and Dads, take a break!
This class is for kids only!
You may purchase a special class pass for this class: 6 classes for
$60, to be used within 8 weeks. OR Drop-in for $15. You may begin this
class at any time.
Though we do encourage you to pre-register online, drop-ins and
late-comers are always welcome!
