Childbirth Collective Parent Topic Night, 7:15pm

Postpartum & Breastfeeding
Bringing home a new baby creates a huge change in the life of a family, whether this is your first or third or sixth. How can you prepare for a smooth transition? What affects breastfeeding success and postpartum mental health? How can friends and relatives be involved without overwhelming you during this unique time? We'll discuss sleep, priorities, nutrition, support, healing, and more. This can be the best or worst of times. Know what you need to know about making it the best.

Parent Topic Nights are free, fun, volunteer-run presentations of information that is not generally available to birthing parents anywhere else in such a format. Registration is not required, and you can attend any or all sessions, in any order and location you like.

*We follow the weather cancellations of Community Ed in the city the meeting is held (St. Paul or Edina).
