Health Foundations is open for appointments the following days:

Wednesday: morning, afternoons and evenings
Thursday: morning, afternoons
Friday: morning, afternoons, and evenings

Information Sessions

Whether you are planning to deliver at home or the birth center you are welcome to attend our information sessions to learn more about the services we offer, tour the Center and ask any questions you have.  Information sessions are held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 6pm.  Please call the office at 651.895.2520 to register.

Appointment Cancelation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged half the cost of the scheduled visit.  The full fee is charged if no notice is received.  

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your visit.  Health Foundations accepts cash, checks and credit cards.  If you are planning to pay with a credit card please be aware there is a 3% processing fee per transaction.

Insurance reimbursement is available for Midwifery Care (depending on your plan).  Please call Health Foundations office at 651.895.2520 for additional information.  For Naturopathic Care, Dr. Amy's services and prescribed supplements are allowable, tax-free expenditures for people with Health Savings Accounts (HSA).  Flex Spending programs may allow for naturopathic health care deductions as well. Check with your plan administrators for coverage information.  Currently, insurance companies and HMO’s in Minnesota do not cover naturopathic services.
