Dr. Amber Moravec DC, FICPA 

Amber is a mother, chiropractor, birth enthusiast and owner of Naturally Aligned Family Chiropractic.  Her practice specializes in the gentle treatment of pregnant women, newborns, infants, children and family wellness.

As a chiropractor, Amber believes the nervous system controls and coordinates all the functions of the body. Everyone has the inborn ability to heal themselves as long as there is no interference to their nervous system, and therefore in their body’s function.

She knows that pregnancy and birth are a time of enormous change, both physically and emotionally, in a woman’s life and it is her pleasure to provide gentle care to help them have a comfortable, pain-free pregnancy and efficient labor.  If requested, she will attend labor to help mom’s body function optimally. She also works to eliminate any structural stress a newborn may have experienced during the birth process.

Her goal is to educate and inspire people to take responsibility for their health to reach their maximum health potential. Most importantly, her vision is to improve the lives of children suffering from health problems and to inspire parents to become role models.

Amber holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and a post-graduate certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the Principles and Practices of Chiropractic Pre/Post-Natal Care and Pediatric Care.

Stefanie Beniek, MaOM, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can help women with the unique challenges of pregnancy to ensure optimal health for mom and baby in a safe, gentle and natural way. Regular acupuncture during pregnancy sets the foundation for a healthy mother and baby. Postpartum treatments are equally important to help regain strength and optimal health after the immense changes the body experiences.

Stefanie’s practice specializes in women’s health and wellness. She is a licensed Acupuncturist in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Stefanie is board certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. 

Her clinical experience includes interning at Abbott Northwestern Hospital's Institute for Health and Healing in Women Care and the Residential Rehabilitation at Courage Center. In addition to acupuncture, Stefanie utilizes Chinese herbal therapy, acupressure, tui na, moxabustion, gua sha, auricular acupuncture and cupping techniques.

Stefanie enjoys being able to use her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine to assist women in their journey through pregnancy and beyond. If desired, she will attend births to help with labor and delivery easement. Other women’s health concerns that Stefanie successfully treats include menstrual irregularities, PMS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, breast cancer support, amenorrhea, and menopausal symptoms.

Lori Hendrickson, Craniosacral Therapist

Lori was certified in craniosacral therapy by Dr. Carol Phillips (Northwestern Chiropractic College) and has been practicing in Minnesota since 2001.  She specializes in pediatrics and also treats pregnant women, adults, and children of all ages.

Lori has five children of her own and three grandchildren.  She and her husband Matt live in Princeton, Minnesota.  Lori sees patients at Health Foundations the second Tuesday of every month.
