Having our baby with Health Foundations was truly a life changing experience. After having a c-section with our first child, we had no idea what to expect from our second labor. Health Foundations offers sensitive holistic women’s health care services. These services include:

Complete history and physical exams
Pap tests and breast exams
Natural family planning & fertility awareness
Contraceptives
Sexual transmitted infection screening & treatment
Preconception counseling & laboratory testing
Perimenopausal & menopausal care, including hormone replacement therapy
Naturopathic women's health care

Patient education is an important component of our well woman visits. We offer instruction in self-breast examination and scheduling of mammograms as indicated. Problem visits are welcomed which may include breast issues, pelvic pain, or general gynecological concerns.
